This national awards program recognizes the most innovative and effective programs to train, upskill, and reskill temporary and contract employees. Cella was honored for its Managed In-house Agency (MIA) Masters Summit, a program specifically designed for leaders in the creative services industry to help them gain fundamental leadership skills and technical and operational training.
