We’re excited to announce Cella by Randstad Digital's Talent of the Quarter for Q1 2025 is Adriana Belinski! Adriana was placed as a Senior Production Designer at our client in September of 2024 and has made a remarkable impact ever since.

Adriana has been a true pleasure to work with on the Cella and client side. Her manager states that she consistently goes above and beyond in her role and has been a great addition to the team. Adriana has brought positivity, optimism and eagerness to learn new skills that will help advance her team and her design career.”

She takes on new challenges at work and has excelled working with team members from around the world. She’s taken on additional work outside of her regular scope and has loved it.
