Top performers are selected based on their contributions and impact to our clients as well as their representation of our values.

We’re excited to announce Cella’s Talent of the Quarter for Q3 2020 is Carrie Rickey! She was placed at our client as an Industrial Designer about a year and a half ago.

Carrie has been a true pleasure to work with on the Cella and on the client side. She has supported and worked on two different teams and has received exceptional feedback from both.  She is always giving 110% and does it with a smile.  She is a great example of our talent living the Cella values at our clients. 

Carrie’s manger describes their time with her:

 “She routinely throws her hand up to volunteer for work that would normally be done by an Art Director.  And here’s the thing…she’s good.  Like, REAL good.  People are asking for her by name, and are disappointed when they find out that she doesn’t have time to take on their work.  But it’s not for a lack of trying on her part.  She wants to help everyone and routinely works nights and weekends because she knows that while it may just be another project in her que, it’s critical for the client that has requested the design work.  So she fits it in.”
