Ryan came in as a Graphic Designer, but after meeting with several members of his team it became very clear that he has taken on more responsibilities willingly, helping to make marketing and creative team member’s jobs easier on a daily basis.

Here’s a quick highlight of the projects Ryan has taken on:

• Helping the marketing team catalogue thousands of files for integral stakeholders.
• Designing custom illustrations used for local and national campaigns.
• Identifying inefficiencies in processes to streamline selling sheets and presentation designs.
• Assisting cross-functional team members by taking over projects outside of his scope. 

In addition to the workload Ryan handles he has also made some strong personal connections with the majority of his team. Some of them are his workout buddies and others are his coffee runners. Ryan is a leader, and this opportunity has given him the space to grow.
