Compensation Range: $61 - 66 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Integrated Brand Team (IBT) Project Manager to support our client's new product launches and on-market brands. In this role, you will work closely with key leaders across marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market support. You will be responsible for organizing and tracking progress, planning launch-related events, managing key initiatives, and coordinating agendas.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project leaders across all commercial operations and develop a thorough understanding of the business, product challenges, and industry.
- Work with commercial business partners to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create comprehensive project plans to ensure timely execution of business objectives.
- Monitor and assess changes to scope, risks, and issues, collaborating with IBT leaders and business partners to ensure timely resolution.
- Measure project performance to ensure alignment with original plans and budgets.
- Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned and obtain final program approvals.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to project teams and senior commercial leaders through detailed project reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and functional policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5-8 years of experience in program and project management, preferably in commercial operations or marketing.
- Proficient in MS Teams Management and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to meet project deadlines and proactively drive business objectives.
- Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams and tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others without direct management authority.
- Ability to understand and organize projects across various business teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with Smartsheets and MS Teams for project coordination and tracking.
- Product launch and commercial market-access experience is highly desirable.
