Compensation Range: $30 - 40 per hour
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead and manage key marketing initiatives across multiple channels. You'll partner with Brand Strategy, Advertising, and Media teams in this role to define local marketing needs and create scheduling plans. You will also manage the annual local marketing playbooks, collaborate with L&D and Corporate Communications for field adoption, and ensure seamless access to marketing resources.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for content creation and editing for marketing communications, including newsletters and calls, while optimizing communication channels for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Brand Strategy, Advertising and Media team to determine proactive local marketing resource needs spanning multiple marketing channels. Partner in creation of planning schedule in coordination with marketing channel owners and In-House Agency partners.
- Project Management of annual local marketing playbooks and guidance.
- Partner with L&D and Corporate Communications to ensure field adoption and access of all created resources. This includes determination of field adoption and communication plan allowing for easy access in bringing the right marketing tool and resource to the right RMD at the right time. Responsibilities include resource organization and clear vision and understanding of platforms (The Studio, Social Media Publisher, Pathways) and communication channels to leverage (Marketing Newsletter, Marketing webinars and workshops).
- Execution responsibilities include content creator and chief editor of the Marketing Newsletter channel and Marketing Call.
- Responsibility includes content collection across Support Center stakeholders for relevant and timely updates.
- Lead partnership with Corporate Communication in process flow including editing, distribution management and approvals.
- Lead vision-casting and evolution of communication channels for optimization and insights.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in an Account Management or Project Management role. Ideally, also marketing and communications experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Manages deadlines and quickly adapts and re-prioritizes to deliver results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Great attention to detail.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint in an enterprise environment.
- Maintains highest level of confidentiality.
- Experienced in large scale Zoom webinar experiences.
