Compensation Range: $25-$30/hr W2
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support patient education initiatives through effective collaboration, data collection, and project planning. The Marketing Specialist will support patient education efforts by contributing to the development and management of educational resources and project materials. This entry level role requires a highly organized, adaptable individual with strong research and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in collaborative, team-oriented environments and brings attention to detail in project execution. Responsibilities:
- Patient Education Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of patient education initiatives, working closely with team members to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
- Data Collection & Project Planning: Collect and organize data from various sources to ensure that project plans, files, links, and action items are up-to-date.
- Workflow and Meeting Support: Manage approval workflows, prepare agendas, record meeting notes, track action items, and support calendar management.
- Resource Management: Maintain educational assets in platforms like SmartSource, Resource Center, and the Marketing Hub to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Performance Reporting: Create performance summary slides (monthly, quarterly, by campaign) to provide insights and updates on educational initiatives.
- Organization & Accountability: strong organizational skills, capable of maintaining multiple projects and resources aligned and current.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Flexible and proactive, able to handle shifting priorities and make decisions within set guidelines.
- Must be able to work on an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule to support team collaboration and project timelines.
- Constructive Feedback: Open to giving and receiving feedback that enhances project development.
- Remote Collaboration: Skilled in remote work using tools like Planner, Microsoft Teams, and Workfront.
- Communication & Collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Research & Insight Generation: Ability to collect data and insights to support planning, particularly for education-focused projects.
- Soft Skills: strong interpersonal skills are a priority, along with organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools like Veeva and Workfront is a plus.
