Compensation Range: $26 - 31 per hour
We're seeking a Site Merchandising Specialist to manage day-to-day Site Operations, focusing on item setup, product categorization, ranking, and visual merchandising. This role involves optimizing the site for multiple departments and seasonal campaigns, while resolving backend issues in the content management system. The ideal candidate will also conceptualize, build, and maintain website taxonomy to support business categories and enhance discoverability and SEO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Site Operations project - item setup, product categorization, item ranking and visual merchandising.
- Build and optimize site for multiple departments and seasonal campaigns.
- Resolve small to mid-sized back-end issues related to item setup in a content management system, attribution and navigation.
- Be able to conceptualize, build and maintain backend website taxonomy to support new and existing business categories, optimizing experiences for discoverability and SEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent merchandising/e-commerce experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a complex environment.
- 1+ years of working in/with Site Merchandising team.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Experience in Retail, Web and/or eCommerce a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage and lead diverse groups of individuals in a highly dynamic environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility.
