Job Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Deerfield, Illinois
Type: Remote

Our well known client in the financial industry located in Riverwoods, IL is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer for a long term contract position. This role requires someone on site outside of the pandemic.

Instructional Designer Responsibilities:

Designs and develops e-Learning modules to support new initiatives and learning programs requested by business partners.
Works with multi-media developers to translate design requirements into functional learning modules.
Works with program managers, trainers, and the field to maintain existing e-learning modules.
Collaborates with peers to develop new learning deliverables or processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of training department.

Instructional Designer Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in Instructional Design
Bachelors Degree
Experience with Storyline and Camtasia
Experience working in financial or other highly regulated environment
Good writing and communication skills, ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in an Agile environment
