Job Title: User Experience Strategist
Location: North Wales, Pennsylvania
Type: Freelance / Contract
We are looking for a User Experience Strategist with digital marketing and promotions design experience to work on site our client in North Wales, PA. For this full time ongoing contract, you will design the next level of interactive experiences. The ideal candidate has pharmaceutical, HCP (healthcare provider) and digital experience.

Role is on site in North Wales, PA and will allow for 2 days a week remotely once the teams are back on site (starts remote for foreseeable future due to the pandemic).

UX Strategist Responsibilities:
  • Focuses on usability, interaction design, and content strategy
  • Identifies pain points for customers and recommends solutions
  • Collaborates with market research to uncover insights, performs user research, and leads prototyping to inform best engagement experience
  • Develops a deep understanding of customer needs, wants, and motivations to inform engagement decisions
  • Ensures communications, verbiage, content is relevant and that it 'makes sense' for customers
  • Maintains synthesis of CX and UX best practices within regulated environment
  • Maintains knowledge of trends (within and beyond industry) in latest experience design, user interface, and technology trends
  • Collaborates with Architect to align customer and business needs
  • Collaborates with Architect to determine analytics required to inform future test & learn scenarios to optimize customer experience
  • Responsible for providing UX feedback for optimization to current channel standards, ensures organization-wide  enhancements and consistency

UX Strategist Requirements:
  • Proven ability to innovate in a regulated environment to implement changes for a brand’s userbase
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology and how it works amongst a team
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing in the pharma space
  • Be adept at creating personas (visualizations) of the customer journey 
  • Ability to use UX to implement organizational change
  • Ability to align user insights and business objectives  
  • Ability to work collaboratively / get team buy-in across agile team(s)
  • Ability to read and understand customer analytics data and market research data, and use it to inform UX strategy  
  • Ability to use design software for low to high fidelity digital prototyping (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.)  
  • Ability to use design thinking to innovate
  • Experience conducting low-fidelity prototype testing
  • Ability to use design thinking to innovate
  • Ability to help organization adapt to a CX-centric approach to tactical development
