ROCKVILLE, Md. – November 22, 2021 -- Cella, a nationwide staffing, consulting and managed solutions firm, today announced that Jackie Schaffer, Cella Senior Vice President, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2021 Global Power 150 - Women in Staffing List. Schaffer is a key member of the leadership team at Cella, which was acquired by Randstad USA earlier this year. She joins six other Randstad executives, from around the globe, who are being honored by SIA for demonstrating their commitment to empowering women in the workplace.
Now in its seventh year, SIA’s annual list recognizes women for their achievements as well as their work shaping the staffing industry. “Through the compilation of the 2021 Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list, we see that despite great odds, the women in our industry are actively advocating for equality in the workplace for other women, as well as historically excluded groups, by mentoring and developing training and other programs and partnerships to lift each other up,” said Subadhra Sriram, Editor & Publisher, Media Products at SIA, in a press release. “The progress may be slow and results yet unseen, but the first steps have been taken. Schaffer joined Cella in 2010 to lead its consulting practice, quickly developing first-in-kind training for in-house agency leaders, revamping hosted networking events, and spearheading Cella’s annual benchmarking In-House Creative Industry Report, now in its 11th year and an industry standard. In September 2020, Schaffer was given responsibilities for Cella’s recruitment team, in addition to the company’s consulting and managed services channels. In the last year, Schaffer has led a team of company and client staff in designing a solution that led to more than $7 million in new business and was integral in the launch of a new talent intranet to streamline communications, increase collaboration and drive engagement within Cella’s talent community.
