As the youngest Director of Sales at Cella by Randstad Digital, Prentice has embraced challenges head-on and surpassed expectations, propelling both her team and the organization to unparalleled heights. She leads a team that constitutes close to 20 percent of the firm’s sales organization, yet commands more than 52 percent of the company's budget. Prentice and her team exceeded their annual goals and performance targets by a staggering $6 million in 2023.

An advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, Prentice spearheaded the adoption of pronoun usage as a standard practice in talent submissions, reinforcing inclusivity internally and driving it externally. By including pronouns in submissions, she set a precedent, resulting in one of her entertainment clients choosing to require all staffing suppliers to include pronouns in their submissions, expanding her influence to other vendors.
Prentice is actively involved in moving the creative sector forward and has orchestrated three high-profile events in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco fortifying Cella by Randstad Digital’s relationships with clients and talent in the creative sector. In addition to her professional development focus, she is involved with charities including Toys for Tots, Operation Homefront, Foundation for Foster Children and Family House and remains committed to making a positive impact within her community.
