You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts from both technology and process teams to understand the learning needs of a diverse global audience. Your focus will be on creating engaging, multi-format training materials (e.g., structure, content, guides) that are aligned with the broader change management strategy. This training will be delivered to a large audience of 800 - 1000 people, experience with training this size of cohort is essential. You’ll also work in partnership with Global Learning & Development to ensure consistency with organizational standards and best practices.
A key part of the role includes facilitating training sessions, tracking participation, and reporting on training effectiveness and adoption metrics.
