Compentation Range: $36.59 - 46.59 per hour


Our client is looking for a skilled Account Manager to join them in fostering client relationships, maximizing revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional results!

As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales professionals to develop proposals, evaluate deals, and ensure seamless follow-up with clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue beyond contracted amounts. Additionally, you will lead campaign kick-offs, facilitate performance discussions, and provide technical guidance on campaign specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales professionals to develop proposals, evaluate deals, and provide revisions and follow-ups.
  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Partnerships discussions.
  • Maintain client relationships, manage day-to-day business, and identify growth opportunities to exceed contracted revenue targets.
  • Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients.
  • Offer technical guidance on campaign specifications and troubleshoot conflicts.
  • Meet all role-specific accountability metrics and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
  • Ability to lead day-to-day relationships and collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to address client needs.
  • Experience in creating media plan recommendations.
  • strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure team accountability.
  • Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies, with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Resourcefulness in navigating a large company within a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to contribute individually and work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and collaboration abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple ad hoc requests under pressure.
  • Comfortable escalating key issues to management.
  • Strategic thinking abilities to influence supplier investments.
