Compensation Range: $70,000 - 75,000 per year
We're seeking an Associate Social Media Manager to lead social media efforts, turning business priorities into actionable strategies. You'll manage content, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to execute communication strategies and create engaging content. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, passionate about storytelling, and eager to integrate new AI tools while staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support paid, owned, and earned social media initiatives within broader marketing efforts.
- Create and maintain content calendars to align with marketing objectives and drive audience engagement.
- Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and questions, and uphold brand communication standards.
- Identify influencers and brand advocates, monitor trends, and contribute to building a strong online community.
- Produce engaging content, including live streams, product tutorials, and short-form videos to drive engagement and sales.
- Leverage user-generated content to enhance brand credibility and visibility.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform-specific or third-party analytics tools, reporting insights regularly.
- Manage ambassador programs, including outreach, content coordination, and partnership fulfillment.
- Assist with planning and executing events such as trade shows, video/photo productions, and brand promotions.
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for attendees.
- Capture event highlights for social media and marketing purposes.
- Maintain a flexible schedule for occasional evening and weekend event support as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications with 2+ years in social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience with consumer product launches and community engagement.
- Proficient in Hootsuite, Later.com, Upfluence; familiarity with Monday.com a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Strong written/verbal communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable on camera for live/social content creation.
- Ability to track community metrics, multitask, and manage priorities.
