Compensation Range: $60.00 - 69.12 per hour
We're seeking a dynamic Brand Asset Manager (BAM) to lead the creative and content execution for media, retail, and eRetail campaigns across a portfolio of premium beauty brands. This highly collaborative role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for brand storytelling, proven project management chops, and a deep understanding of content optimization in a digital and retail landscape.
You'll oversee the flow of assets to all key touchpoints-from media campaigns and PDPs to pop-ups and IRL activations-ensuring every piece of content delivers maximum brand impact and ROI. The BAM plays a key role in elevating how our products are seen, shared, and shopped.
Responsibilities:
Media & Awareness (25%)
- Lead creative execution for omni-channel media campaigns (social, CTV/STV, programmatic, OOH, retailer media).
- Use analytics platforms (e.g., VidMob, Vizit) to optimize creative based on performance insights.
- Ensure alignment across Media and Marketing teams to maximize engagement and ROI.
Retailer Media (25%)
- Partner with eKAMs and Trade Marketing to adapt brand assets for retailer-specific campaigns (email, display, DOOH, landing pages, etc.)
- Maintain retailer relationships and ensure brand consistency across all digital partner platforms.
POS + PDP Management (50%)
- Own asset delivery for POS, trade activations, and IRL events.
- Audit and enhance product detail pages (PDPs), ensuring SEO-rich copy, optimized visuals, and accurate content.
- Partner with content creation teams to develop UGC, brand assets, and fresh creative for launches and evergreen products.
- Manage the product catalog to ensure accuracy and performance across all touchpoints.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the glue across teams (Marketing, eComm, Sales, Media, Global/Local) to ensure brand consistency and timely asset delivery.
- Maintain a robust digital asset management system, trafficking assets to all key stakeholders and platforms.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital asset management, content production, or brand marketing (Beauty/FMCG a strong plus).
- Fluent in digital media specs and platform requirements across eComm, media, and retail channels.
- Skilled at balancing creative vision with operational efficiency and business needs.
- Detail-obsessed with strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital asset management tools.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, hybrid environment.
Skills:
- Familiarity with PDP performance metrics, SEO content strategies, and retailer ecosystems.
- Understanding of luxury or prestige beauty market nuances.
- Experience working with global brand teams or in an international company structure.
