Our client is a top name in financial and retirement services, and they are on the hunt for a Digital Analyst to join them on a long-term contract basis. The Digital Analyst will be a strategic thinker who is passionate about analyzing large data sets. In this role, the Digital Analyst will focus on structuring and performing deep-dive analyses,

Digital Analyst Responsibilities
- Be a strategic thinker and influence similar thinking across the organization
- Act as a consultative partner to key stakeholders within and outside the Customer Office to drive strategic measurement plans across initiatives
- Implement a structured & repeatable framework for identifying and reporting on success measures
- Act as a human feedback loop by developing your knowledge of the firm's customer behavior to help define deployment and content strategies to maximize business impact
- Drive deep dive analyses to inform marketing decision making
- Structure and perform deep-dive analyses anchored on driving actionable outcomes
- Cultivate a test & learn environment by creating and analyzing customer-facing experiments
- Utilize customer data to build out segmentation, profiles and dashboards
- Get creative with tools and technology campaigns
- Help define and continuously improve our data collection and visualization stack
- Push automation and self-serve capabilities while ensuring accuracy and relevance of reports/dashboards
- Tell compelling stories
- The team wants to know what’s working and what’s not, and more importantly, they want to ACT on that data. Use your digital marketing savvy to find opportunities to capitalize on wins and address areas for improvement
- Tell stories that are anchored in improving and optimizing customer experience across all touch points
- Tell stories about the customer and business: who are our most valuable customers and how can we acquire and nurture more of them
Digital Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or Business Administration
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing and/or customer analytics, decision sciences function, consumer & market research, or consulting
- Consultative nature, with proven track record of using data to answer business questions
- Experience leveraging statistical techniques (such as R, SAS) to analyze data to inform marketing decisions and driving improvements in marketing ROI
- Broad understanding of fundamentals of digital analytics – web analytics tools, tag management systems, A/B and MVT testing, content management/publishing & marketing automation technologies
- In-depth practical knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel necessary; data visualization experience such as Tableau a plus
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and clearly explain data to non-technical executive audiences
- Prior exposure to financial services or insurance industry considered a plus
