Director, Field Marketing (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $115,000 - 135,000 per year

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead a team of Marketing Managers in developing and executing quarterly marketing strategies aligned with divisional and corporate objectives. In this role, you will provide leadership to help drive lead generation, traffic growth, and successful launches of new communities, while ensuring an exceptional experience for leads and prospects. You will also work closely with field operations to ensure alignment with broader corporate initiatives. Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:

  • Provide guidance and support to Marketing Managers and Information Managers, cultivating a team-oriented and creative work culture.
  • Contribute to the facilitation and leadership of Regional and Corporate Marketing discussions.
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards, legal regulations, and established Marketing policies.

Strategic Planning:

  • Partner in developing detailed quarterly marketing strategies that align with the unique requirements of each Division and community. Ensure Division marketing objectives align with overarching company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Division leadership and Marketing Managers to evaluate needs, set priorities, and establish schedules to achieve targeted goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field is desired, appropriate experience will be considered.
  • 7 - 10 years of related Marketing experience.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with 5+ years experience in managing multiple direct reports.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
