Compensation Range: $135,000 - 145,000 per year
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our client's fast-paced and forward-thinking team for a direct-hire full-time opportunity! In this role, you will bring the brand to life, you'll grow the organization through improved performance from every dollar spent in marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a proven track record in marketing leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department; establish vision and implement short and long-range departmental goals; create and implement strategies designed to improve efficiency, and the quality of Marketing deliverables; prioritize activities to streamline, focus, and continuously improve the team's impact.
- Seamlessly spread the vision for the brand position, messaging, and image.
- Oversee the creative lifecycle, from concept ideation to asset creation and implementation.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and tracking of specific, measurable, multi-channel marketing programs that effectively drive business goals and generate a steady stream of leads and coverage.
- Develop and track KPIs, budgets, and milestones.
- Manage and develop marketing policies and technologies.
- Evaluate emerging markets and competitive dynamics, customer and client satisfaction, market trends, potential partnerships, and channels.
- Develop strong relationships with key strategic partners, customers, and clients.
- Stay current on marketing best practices, trends, and industry developments.
- Lead and manage Marketing team by recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, counseling/disciplining employees; partner with Creative Design Manager to complete performance evaluations.
- Develop Marketing team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Director
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA or related degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience managing and executing B2C marketing campaigns aimed at client acquisition and retention, preferably in real estate industry.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
- Highly creative; strong eye for the future and an innovative approach to taking advantage of it
- Excellent people skills and interpersonal savvy.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Excellent ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time and project management skills; proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and delegate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent ability to present recommendations in a clear and concise way that effectively tells a story with data.
- Strong initiative.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and speaking skills across multiple mediums including web, digital, and print collateral, advertising, and social media.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software such as Asana.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends (a non-typical Monday-Friday schedule).
- Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Experience managing digital, social, and print media platforms; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube a plus.
- Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
- Travel Required:
- Must be willing and able to travel.
- Must maintain reliable transportation.
