Job Title: Director of Marketing, Segment Growth

Our client, an emerging leader in the professional services consulting industry, is hiring a Segment Growth Marketer (B2B) to own specific the strategy & channel tactics for our client's vertical markets. This is a DIRECT HIRE/PERM role that can be FULLY REMOTE. 


Segment Growth Marketer (B2B) Responsibilities include:

  • The Segment Growth Marketer will be "owning" one or multiple industry verticals to ensure target leads are being met on the right channels with the right messaging
  • Conduct and report on competitive market research within the owned verticals
  • Will work with sales & product teams to ensure field agents are trained & optimized in the market for business development
  • Partner with other Segment Growth Marketers to become SME's across their dedicated industry segmentation (including FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality and others)
  • Ensure that the lead generation strategy is optimized (and then ensure the leads through acquisition are in their proper segment, receiving highly customized & personalized messages & channels based on the segment strategy) 
  • Work with enterprise sales & CRM platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce and others
Segment Growth Marketer (B2B) Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing role that requires creative, strategic and results-oriented omni-channel campaigns
  • Demonstrated experienced managing a segmented customer funnel group, including experience across various professional industries
  • Must bring "modern" B2B marketing methodologies- suggestions to drive tactics that will break through clutter
  • Excitement around "the data"- be it campaign data, customer data, research/competitive data- must be an analytic thinker
  • Must be a natural leader & excellent presenter- this role will partner & lead sales executives, work with C-Suites (Marketing & other) and should be viewed as a thought-leader
  • Should be proficient in platforms including Salesfore.com, Hubspot and other CRM programs
