Freelance Senior Designer (Remote)

Location: Kenilworth, New Jersey
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $35 - 40 per hour

Cella is seeking a freelance Senior Designer for our pharmaceutical client. This person will work within the in-house creative agency, and will be leveraged anywhere from 5-20 hours per week. The role is fully remote, but requires that this person work EST business hours.

The Senior Designer will work within Promotional Design, including Creative Shared Services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal design and development teams to create and update digital assets, such as icons and graphics for website sections.
• Develop additional pages for multi-page websites using existing designs.
• Utilize HTML/CSS skills to implement design elements effectively.
• Understand how to leverage branding across different mediums, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage digital design tasks from both creative and production standpoints.
• Engage in conceptual work and execute digital production tasks with precision.
• Utilize pharma industry experience to enhance design solutions (preferred).
• Experience creating infographics and presentation design.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in print and digital production.
• Email design and production, including using modular content tools.
• Understanding of HTML.
• Figma, Adobe CS, Powerpoint.
• Pharma experience is a plus.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Soft skills include clear and responsive communication, working with other disciplines, collaboration, professionalism, and organization.
