Our client, a diverse and inclusive organization, is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide communication, project management, program, and marketing support to the Marketing department. This is a versatile position and will require interaction and involvement with various projects and members of the Marketing team, vendors and key stakeholders simultaneously.

- Lead and support acquisition and awareness efforts through working on organizational projects, campaigns and advertising.
- Manage and work with outside agencies and vendors to accomplish projects and tasks.
- Propose ideas and ways to maximize owned and paid platforms to achieve marketing goals.
- Assist with the updating, deployment and distribution of ads and collateral across marketing channels including paid and owned campaigns, collateral, website and digital channels, social media, email and direct mail.
- Lead youth program, financial education marketing and scholarship efforts.
- Analyze and interpret data to define targets and objectives and make recommendations.
- Day-to-day management of individual projects and ad hoc support of other team and organization projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Marketing department, producing and/or working with integrated marketing campaigns or programs.
- Experience working with marketing agencies, printers and vendors. Experience in financial services in a consumer-driven environment a plus.
- Strong skills using MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat editing software.
- Ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and advertising deployment software. (Google Admin, Constant Contact, Sprout Social and/or Drupal a plus)
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage external vendors to drive initiatives, meet deadlines and improve quality of output.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Ability to take the initiative and work independently, as well as within a group, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Comfortable working on both Mac and PC.
