Compensation Range: $60 - 70 per hour
We are seeking a talented Marketo Specialist to join our client's team for a remote contract opportunity!
In this role, you will be at the forefront of leveraging Marketo capabilities, providing expertise to inform the team’s automation strategy while being the senior Operations Lead building multi-step, always-on nurture journeys. You will demonstrate strong command of the Marketo product and be a positive force for generating adoption and utilization of the capabilities that enable the organization to drive meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to translate documented journeys and campaigns into executable programs in Marketo.
- Build, execute and optimize marketing programs and campaigns in Marketo with an emphasis on complex journey building and orchestration.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to manage the orchestration of Marketo journeys and campaigns across audience segments.
- Bring forward cross-journey / campaign orchestration opportunities and facilitate cross-journey decision making.
- Work with FAS marketing crew to conduct testing on creative and copy.
- Develop testing and QA practices ensuring all operational activities are performed with the highest degree of quality.
- Regularly report on Marketo programs, campaigns, and emails.
- Build and execute lead scoring efforts in Marketo.
- Facilitate the adoption and utilization of Marketo. Provide ongoing training and upskilling to Marketing crew hosting venues, such as office hours to share best practices, guidelines, and new capabilities.
- Assist with the management of the contact database; upload lists; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability.
- Engage in various technology integrations including CRM, webinar platforms, data enhancement tools, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Expert knowledge of Marketo. Marketo certified expert strongly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related degree.
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with B2B marketing strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Marketing and Sales cycle.
- Email Marketing experience, including drip sequences, operational emails, and automated triggers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
