Compensation Range: $35-45/hr
Our construction manufacturing client's in-house creative studio is growing its impact across the enterprise, delivering high-quality creative content - from branding to video to events - for internal and external audiences. We're looking for a Multimedia Producer with a strong background in managing photo/video projects from pre-production through delivery.
This role is essential to keeping projects on track - coordinating shoot logistics, aligning with internal business stakeholders, and making sure deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and within scope. The ideal candidate is both production-savvy and process-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of multimedia projects, including video and photography shoots.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across business units.
- Build and manage project timelines, deliverables, and production plans using WorkFront.
- Partner with creative teams to ensure shoot prep, execution, and post-production run smoothly.
- Communicate updates, gather feedback, and align project outputs with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to creative scope, timelines, and enterprise brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a multimedia, production, or creative operations role, specifically in photo and video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and production workflows.
- Proficient with project management tools (WorkFront preferred).
- Any experience managing 3D rendering design and production highly preferred.
Skills:
- Skilled communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle overlapping production timelines.
- Solid knowledge of photo and video production processes.
- Familiarity with both creative development and operational logistics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
