Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $65 - 73 per hour
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and drive successful project execution in an Agile development environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners—product, technology, design, and business teams to prioritize delivery roadmaps and contribute to go-to-market plans. The role involves supporting stakeholder communications, including updates for senior executives, and driving process improvements in content delivery, automation, and coordination across teams. You will work closely with Product Owners and utilize JIRA to manage tasks and ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Operate within an Agile development environment, contributing to phased delivery and go-to-market plans in collaboration with product, technology, analytics, design, and business partners.
- Engage in workstreams with partners (strategy, product, design, technology, finance, controls, operations, marketing) to prioritize delivery roadmaps.
- Support communications and updates to stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Contribute to content delivery process improvements and automation efforts, including content migration, QA testing, and coordination across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, including the Product Owner, to ensure smooth project execution.
Content Delivery:
- Gather and refine requirements to add, update, or remediate benefits content, managing complex content structures and their interaction with customer-facing digital features.
- Define Acceptance Criteria and Automated Functional Testing (AFT) requirements for content changes across both User Interface and Service teams; familiarity with Gherkin is a plus.
- Collaborate with Content Management teams to produce content for QA testing and production deployments; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Digital Asset Manager is desirable.
- Work alongside Scrum teams to ensure all features meet acceptance criteria and are ready for production.
- Utilize JIRA and leverage its tools to support content delivery and task management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of digital product management experience, with a focus on content delivery.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Agile product development practices, including Jira and Confluence.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities
