Compensation Range: $45 - 55 per hour
We are seeking a Product Manager based in Bellevue, Portland, San Francisco or San Jose (hybrid office\home working) for our client in the ecommerce space. This role will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders around the world and will work closely with UX research, design, engineering, and QE to identify and build core capabilities of the client's marketplace.
The ideal candidate has:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, very collaborative in natur.
- High sense of urgency and a bias towards action
- Real passion for amazing customer experiences and desire to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points across their customer journey.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle a dynamic environment, and have good judgment
- Good judgment in balancing between innovation and robust operation, able to optimize productivity and efficiency when working with your partners.
- Ability to operate in global environments across cultures, locations, and time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including capturing and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the vision and ensuring delivery of high quality features on time to achieve defined customer satisfaction goals.
- Work closely as the product owner with counterparts in Engineering scrum teams to plan Agile sprints around features in the product roadmap.
- Triage tickets for features and bugs.
- Define KPIs run experiments to improve these KPIs.
- Communicate plans, progress and test results to leadership and partner teams.
- Evangelize the products across the organization, drive integration and ensure desired positive impact is achieved.
