We have a client looking for a Project Manager to join their team in North Chicago, IL.
As a full-time Project Manager, you will closely collaborate with the Digital team to manage an array of digital projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, and apps. You will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to maximize productivity and manage workload. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Digital team to manage digital projects, such as Veemail, SFMC, AEM websites, banner ads, and iRep.
- Maintain knowledge of brand guidelines, including promotional material development, PromoMats submission, material review process, and corporate compliance.
- Possess experience with HTML development, understanding its constraints, and proficiency in SEO measurement and management.
- Track and manage digital and mobile metrics.
- Understand the Agency Workflow Process, including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, approvals and reviews, production, and archiving.
- Apply critical creative thinking and problem-solving skills to projects.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.
- Prioritize and multi-task effectively to manage workload and maximize productivity.
- Thrive in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
- Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
- Specific experience with Veemail, SFMC, AEM websites, banner ads, and iRep.
- Familiarity with eWizard is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in HTML development and understanding of its constraints.
- Experience with SEO measurement and management.
- Strong knowledge of digital and mobile metrics.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Agency Workflow Process.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
