Job Title: Proposal Writer

Type: Freelance / Contract

We are currently partnering with several major players in the federal contracting industry to identify capable and experienced federal proposal writers on a consulting basis! This is a unique opportunity to build a relationship with well-known multinational organizations in the federal contracting arena. We are looking for consultants who do not shy away from obstacles, and who are able to proactively and assertively contribute to a team. Candidates must be open to going onsite for key meetings with the team post COVID-19 in Reston, VA.

Proposal Writer Responsibilities:

We are currently looking to identify candidates with substantial experience developing the following:

Technical Volume.
Management Plan.
Transition Plan.
Basis of Estimates.
Past Performance & Resumes.

Proposal Writer Requirements:

5 years of dedicated, federal proposal writing experience.
