We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of 1:1 CRM and digital marketing campaigns within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position plays a critical role in managing cross-functional teams, agency partners, and brand stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery of consumer-facing CRM and email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Note: Candidates must be local to the Chicagoland area and able to work onsite in Lake Forest or Mettawa 2-3 days per week. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Top Requirements:
- Agency experience managing marketing/CRM campaigns.
- Pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar tool.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across marketing and creative teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent digital and CRM projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the execution of mid- to high-complexity brand CRM and digital marketing projects from planning through delivery.
- Lead project plans, status meetings, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional workflows.
- Act as the key liaison between brand marketing teams, internal partners, and external agencies.
- Ensure data is properly loaded into SFMC and campaigns are QA'd, approved, and deployed on time.
- Track campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and document learnings.
- Manage timelines, resolve roadblocks, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
- Maintain project documentation including workback schedules, proofing checklists, change requests, and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, email, or 1:1 marketing.
- Minimum 3 years in a project management role within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience using Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
