Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Type: Full-Time
One of our time clients is looking for a full time Senior Marketing Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area.  The Senior Marketing Manager converts the organization's strategic vision and priorities into a compressive brand program for key audiences and stakeholders. This position manages the development of strategic messaging that guides content development across the organization. Additionally, this position maintains a service line marketing portfolio providing marketing planning, management and execution to meet defined business objectives. 

  • Maintains accountability for financial decisions and understands and manages to financial and budget targets.
  • Incorporates financial analysis into strategic decisions.
  • Proactively monitors and interprets ongoing financial performance and responds strategically.
  • Champions change; communicates effectively and builds commitment and overcoming resistance.
  • Monitors and evaluates plans and adjusts approach as necessary based on results.
  • Aligns work with strategic goals and understands business impact.
  • Develops processes and systems that ensure consistently high performance.
  • Makes choices and timely decisions that are in the best interest of the organization.
  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Develops alternative solutions and explains reasoning for decisions.
  • Looks at the 'bigger picture' and thinks ahead when developing strategies and business plans.
  • Determines project/assignment requirements by breaking them down into tasks and identifying types of equipment, materials, and people needed; develops timelines and milestones.
  • Prepares, provides and obtains documentation and approval for all assigned projects.
  • Develops and manages the project team to insure that quality, adherence to project schedule and budget and focus on project goals is maintained.
  • Prepares, reviews and approves documentation as necessary including change orders, invoices, payment requests, design decisions, and permits.


  • Bachelors Degree (Required)
  • Masters Degree (Preferred)
  • 7 Years experience in advertising, collateral, digital marketing, market research and direct mail. (Required)
  • 7 Years experience in marketing/communications, preferably within a healthcare organization (Required)
  • Experience in Content Strategy (Required)
