Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $66 - 70 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to contribute to the growth of our client's business. This role is responsible for designing, driving, and measuring successful integrated partner marketing programs for top channel partners (e.g., consulting organizations, VARs, ERPs) that combine digital, content, press, social, and event elements to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has direct experience building cross-channel partner marketing programs that drive business outcomes and excels at executing these programs requiring coordination within marketing, sales, and partner teams.

This role is expected onsite 3 days per week and remote 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute integrated partner marketing programs to support business objectives and partners.
  • Build a scalable, repeatable, tiered partner marketing strategy and execution template for all partner levels-from self-service to full dedicated campaigns.
  • Oversee the budget for events, campaigns, etc., in conjunction with the Director of Partner Marketing.
  • Identify and propose strategies for events, opportunities, and associations to expand reach.
  • Create a repository of assets for the team to use on-demand when interacting with partners.
  • Source and produce partner case studies and win wires.
  • Support the Partner Marketing Events Manager with solution-led, thought leadership, and hospitality events.
  • Own the Partner Newsletter to keep the community informed about programs and successes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Partner Marketing role within a B2B SaaS business, with 10+ years of overall marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a marketing budget preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Executor mindset, comfortable building new scalable programs, and continually assessing effectiveness while driving execution.
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Vendor and partner management experience.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate products effectively.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to build relationships across marketing, sales teams, executives, and partners.
  • Fintech or financial sector experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel (no more than 25% of the time).
