We’re looking for a strategic and driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for our advanced enterprise-grade business networking solutions. This pivotal role involves cross-functional collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing to create and execute impactful marketing plans that drive demand, increase market penetration, and strengthen our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic market intelligence: Drive in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product positioning, refine go-to-market strategies, and optimize brand relevance.
- Develop compelling product narratives: Craft and refine product positioning and messaging across all touchpoints, including packaging, sales presentations, and online content, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand story.
- Orchestrate successful product launches: Plan and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new solutions, products, and feature releases.
- Provide expert product marketing guidance: Act as a trusted advisor for internal and external product communications, including training, sales pitches, industry events, media engagements, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate on sales enablement materials: Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop relevant collateral that supports the entire sales process.
- Align marketing with product and sales strategies: Serve as the key product marketing and messaging strategist, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product roadmaps, major launches, and optimize the customer journey.
- Manage external partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to expand marketing reach, accelerate go-to-market efforts, and drive business objectives through innovation and collaboration.
- Drive marketing innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth marketing best practices, and lead initiatives to incorporate cutting-edge strategies into marketing operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering (networking preferred), or a related field required. Master's degree in marketing strategy or product management preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive product marketing or growth marketing experience, with a proven track record in the business networking or related technology sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the business networking industry, including solution applications and customer pain points.
- Target Audience Expertise: Deep understanding of target audiences, including partners and customers, with proven success in crafting compelling and impactful messaging.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of products and solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into partner and business benefits.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with product presentations, video showcases, training, and industry interviews.
- Adaptability and Project Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on results and quality.
