Cella is looking for a Sr. E-Commerce Manager who will report to the CMO/General Manager. This person will be responsible for our client's e-commerce business, marketing, and sales. This position will fully own the e-commerce business and will drive the sales plan, marketing, and digital budget and all activity to deliver on targets.

Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage digital, e-commerce strategy to grow sales, traffic, and customer base
  • Drive monthly e-commerce plans across their digital platforms
  • Manage 360 product launches, content and copy optimizations, SEO, and software integration (e.g., LiveChat, Subscriptions)
  • Write, edit and proofread content for the digital space—including website content, website banners, and copy for emails and campaigns, FAQs, etc.
  • Responsible for Media budget and strategy; recommend, plan, and execute with agency on marketing tactics to grow brand awareness, trafic, and conversion.
  • Create strategy for email programs to increase traffic and sales conversion.
  • Manage and grow Loyalty Program inclusive of points, email, and rewards
  • Responsible for Affiliate program inclusive of planning, budget, and hindsighting.
  • Copy write for various marketing projects
  • Communication liaison to Customer Service teams, keeping the team apprised of updates in Marketing Calendar/promotions, FAQs, massaging
  • Oversight and management of digital agency for media, development work, and ecommerce strategy
  • Support Head of Marketing on Omni channel marketing strategy and implement execution

Professional Skills and Experience:

  • Must have 5-6 years e-commerce experience
  • Beauty/Cosmetic brand experience preferred
  • 4 year Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • 4-5 years industry or marketing related professional experience
  • Proven track record developing ecommerce strategy and growing channel
  • Knowledge of ecommerce tactics, agencies, vendors and ecommerce platforms (e.g Shopify).
  • Experience building, mentoring, and managing a team
  • Ability to manage budgets and develop analytics to understand performance/ROI
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Excellent results orientation
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership
  • Exemplify an interest and understanding in beauty/cosmetic trends to ideate new ideas
  • Ability to work in fast faced, flexible start-up environment
