Compensation Range: $65.31 - 70.31 per hour
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in a contingent resource assignment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to guide and influence strategic initiatives and develop solutions for complex business and technical challenges across multiple experience design disciplines. You will work on a variety of projects, including content design, design programs, design research and strategy, and product design.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Strategy Development: Serve as a subject matter expert in experience design, providing strategic direction and resolution to complex challenges. Develop innovative solutions that address long-term, large-scale business needs.
- Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and influence initiatives that span multiple areas of experience design, including content design, research, strategy, and product design.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Tackle highly complex, unique business problems that require advanced analytical, inductive, and creative thinking. Provide visionary solutions that drive business growth and improve user experiences.
- Senior Leadership Engagement: Provide expert-level consultation to client senior leadership, offering innovative experience design business solutions tailored to meet organizational objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes and align on long-term goals.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design (or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Proven expertise in solving complex, multifaceted design challenges and providing innovative, scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership and provide consultative support on large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
