Compensation Range: $25 - 34 per hour
Our client, a leading company in the insurance industry, is seeking a Junior Traffic Coordinator to support their creative project delivery process.
This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of corporate-level project management experience and past experience using Wrike. You'll assist with the overflow of creative projects, working closely with client producers and partners to ensure efficient project tracking and completion.
This remote role is a W2 contract that is expected to go 3 months from start with the high-likelihood extension. This role is remote but must work EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client producers and partners to brief and track projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain and update project status to align with production criteria, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor project timelines, manage workflow, and potentially assist in managing client expectations.
- Support the team in optimizing the project delivery process to improve efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, ideally within a corporate or creative environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Wrike is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with team members.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
