Our client, a leader in creative, marketing & digital professional services, is hiring a Vice President, Marketing to help improve their consumer engagement & experience, as well as drive new leads & client engagement. This is a direct-hire/perm role that will directly impact both customer experience and company's bottom line. Role is fully remote (but hours are EST).

Vice President, Marketing Responsibilities include:
- VP, Marketing will be responsible for developing & executing demand generation for job-seeking talent/customers
- Role will be driving the integrated marketing strategy to attract and retain talent across omni-channel touch-points (digital, paid & organic media, events, thought-leadership, etc.)
- Will devise strategies that are segmented for various audiences- from including leaders in Marketing & Creative, Hiring teams, Job seekers within the Marketing, Creative & Digital fields
- Ability to drive results with sometimes light resources and budgets
- Partner closely with a small team to execute as a strategic lead, as well as remain closely involved "in the weeds"/tactical execution
- Accountable for on-time, on-brand delivery of creative assets including marketing & sales collateral, event materials, RFP responses and internal marketing communications
- Minimum of 10 years of consumer AND business-to-business marketing experience
- Professional services industry experience is a plus (but also open to hospitality, retail, consumer financial, etc.)
- Must understand segmentation (and the importance of targeted communication strategies)
- Management experience (minimum of 5 years managing direct reports
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment
