We’re excited to announce Cella’s Talent of the Quarter for Q1 2022 is Roger Mohn! He was placed at our client as a Video Editor just over three years ago and has constantly proved to be an exceptional employee through his extraordinary work and efforts. He consistently goes above and beyond his job responsibilities to find new and better ways to improve himself and the entire team around him. One example of this is through the client’s focus on improving their digital marketing capabilities. Roger really leaned into improving the SEO strategy for the video team, performed research on best practices, providing insights, and then helped to ramp up and educate the entire team.

Roger is a highly motivated individual, an expert at what he does, and very easy to work with. He truly represents the Cella values of Entrepreneurial Spirit, Service Excellence, Passionate Performance, and Employee Centricity in all he does!
