We're seeking a versatile Corporate Pharmaceutical Branding Copywriter with expertise in creating clear, engaging copy that aligns seamlessly with established brand messaging and tone. This role will involve crafting content across various channels, including web, print materials, and presentations, while capturing a modern, professional flair essential for the pharmaceutical sector.
The Copywriter will develop short-form, long-form, and promotional content for a wide range of marketing and digital communications that appeal to a broad corporate audience. This individual will collaborate closely with studio teammates and cross-functional departments to produce content that meets business objectives and engages target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and adapt inspiring and audience-relevant copy for web pages, print materials, and presentations in line with brand messaging.
- Work with internal departments to set copy objectives and identify solutions that support business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and team to modify existing content for new purposes, including traditional and digital media.
- Interpret project deliverables for multi-channel use, ensuring a cohesive message across digital and print.
- Conduct research and interviews to capture current developments and perspectives on various topics and incorporate these insights into copy.
- Use SEO best practices to drive site traffic where appropriate.
- Consult with product leaders and corporate leadership on brand tone, voice, and style.
- Propose new strategies to enhance digital channels and increase brand engagement.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
- Pursue professional development to stay competitive and informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in copywriting across channels (print and digital) with a focus on corporate branding.
- Ability to adapt brand messaging suitable for digital and traditional platforms.
- Experience creating content for HCP target audiences preferred.
- Prior experience in a medical communications agency is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging copy.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to edit for tone, accuracy, and message cohesion.
- Effective communication skills and experience working with clients and subject matter experts to capture key insights.
- A commitment to quality in all deliverables.
