We are seeking a talented Digital Analyst to join our client's team and help shape the future of their digital presence!
As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and monitoring of clean digital data on web and/or app platforms. Your primary objective will be to facilitate effective digital decision-making aligned with our client's overarching business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Google TAG Manager, JavaScript, CSS, and digital analytics platforms, along with a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Candidates must be local to West Chester, PA to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration and oversight of clean digital data across web and app platforms to drive effective digital decision-making in line with business objectives.
- Identify and address improvement areas in the customer journey through proactive digital analytics solutions.
- Ensure compliance with consent mechanisms, third-party cookie deprecation, and privacy regulations, providing recommendations and overseeing necessary updates.
- Establish data connections and advance strategic data initiatives to support business goals.
- Stay updated on Digital Analytics advancements, maintaining and quality-checking digital analytics across the company's digital footprint.
- Develop scalable processes for event-based analytics systems.
- Assist in vendor updates and deployments, ensuring accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with Digital Account Opening colleagues and maintain alignment of tracking efforts.
- Manage Conversion Rate Optimization/AB testing initiatives, analyzing data and communicating findings to senior management.
- Enhance stakeholder relationships through analytics insights and offer guidance on tracking capabilities.
- Partner with senior management to plan, collect data, derive insights, and present findings during Quarterly Business Reviews.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Masters (required)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving actionable insights from digital data to inform business strategy and decision-making.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
