Compensation Range: $19 - 24 per hour

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Representative-Beauty Advisor to join our client's team!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge on our client's products, assisting consumers with inquiries, and building sustainable relationships to drive continuous product and service improvements. The ideal candidate will have a valid Cosmetology License and 3-5 years of salon color experience.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Display a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
  • Meet established quality standards in all contacts across all channels.
  • Ensure optimal service levels maximizing resources.
  • Recognize and recommend new ways to influence consumers in their purchase decisions.
  • Adhere to assigned schedule, which is subject to change and may include evening and/or Saturday hours.
  • Offer schedule flexibility to support the needs of the business.
  • Compose custom responses that clearly address the issue in a way that is understandable by the consumer.
  • Responsible for recognizing opportunities for improvement in policies or processes and leading the initiative to reduce disruptions in service or detract from customer satisfaction.
  • Support the voice of the consumer by collecting insights as requested by the brands, CMI, digital and e-commerce.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of product offerings within the Hair Color/Hair Care category.
  • Assist consumers in selecting appropriate products and educate them on product usage.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce consumers to new products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consumers through personalized interactions.
  • Document all consumer interactions and identify emerging trends for management review.
  • Resolve consumer issues fairly while prioritizing organizational needs.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document product issues and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Hold a valid Cosmetology License and possess 3-5 years of salon color experience.
  • Exhibit strong product/brand knowledge within the beauty industry.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS® Word is required.
  • bilingual candidates should be able to compose responses in both languages.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of time answering calls with a headset.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Relevant business experience combined with education will be considered.
  • Demonstrated expertise in beauty products, services, philosophies, and culture.
