Job Title: Senior CX/ Customer Analyst

We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Senior CX/ Customer Analyst on a long term contract! The marketing analytics specialist will be responsible for the design and execution of customer analysis, reporting and analytical/statistical models used to enhance decision making across Marketing. He or she will have deep expertise within marketing analytics and/or modeling that generate customer behavioral insights to enhance the design and deployment of customer engagement and CX strategies. In this new role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and execution of fact-base analysis and modeling to enhance decision making across the marketing teams at Prudential. 

Senior CX/ Customer Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Independently lead marketing analytic projects from design, business review meetings with internal clients, deriving requirements, and data analyses to final reports/presentations, communication of results and implementation support.
  • Define customer and CX performance analytics standards, guidelines and KPIs for marketing strategies and programs.
  • Utilize advanced statistical methods/modeling to arrive at customer life-time valuation and customer segmentation.
  • Measure bottom-line impact of marketing and CX initiatives by leveraging advanced analytical tools to perform cost benefit analysis.
  • Oversee the development of tableau dashboards, creation of standardized reports and the distribution of reporting to provide ongoing insights to CX and marketing teams.

Senior CX/ Customer Analyst Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience on a team responsible for analyzing data, developing analysis and/or statistical models. 
  • Hands-on expertise with SAS, SQL, Tableau
  • Experience using advanced statistical techniques to drive marketing decisions is preferable.
  • Exceptional analytic, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to business partners.
  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.  
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably Masters in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics.
