Creative Intake Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $30 - 40 per hour

We're looking for a motivated and organized Creative Intake Manager to join our client and support their creative endeavors!

The ideal candidate has experience managing creative workflows, and navigating competing tasks, and wants to be an integral part of a growing in-house creative agency's operations.

This is a hybrid role in which candidates must be local to Arlington, VA to be onsite Monday-Thursday.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Intake, assign, and manage creative requests for design, video, content, and events, prioritizing and re-prioritizing based on shifting demands.
  • Support Creative team and other cross-team projects by managing multiple simultaneous workloads, timelines, and project communications.
  • Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced work environment and communicate actively with the team, including in-house creatives and vendor partners.
  • Work with the Marketing Operations team to develop dashboards and reports on project and team health.
  • Manage contractor/vendor communications and invoices.
  • Serve as the point of contact for our video and design asset libraries.
  • Identify potential weak points in processes and find efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • 2+ years of experience in a traffic manager/project manager role.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Workfront and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organization, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with various types of project management software, preferably Adobe Workfront.
  • Knowledge of vendor management processes.
  • Awareness of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for various types of creative projects, particularly Design and Video.
  • The ability to anticipate and effectively communicate potential issues, and the ability to problem-solve in a respectful, mutually beneficial way.
  • Customer Service mentality - the ability to work well with people at all levels and ability to navigate relationships with other creatives.
