Compensation Range: $75,000 - 85,000 per year
Join our client's dynamic team in Corona, CA! We are seeking ambitious Digital Marketing Specialists to collaborate with their e-Commerce team and drive digital marketing strategies for key accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, PPC, and achieving measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bidding, budgeting, and optimization for product portfolios.
- Ensure campaign alignment with promotional calendars to meet sales and ROAS targets.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and coverage.
- Offer suggestions for enhancing campaign effectiveness and contribute to yearly budget planning.
- Analyze campaign data to inform optimization strategies.
- Present findings and trends to management and collaborate with Account Sales team.
- Allocate 20% of time to developing new growth strategies and tests.
- Stay informed on SEO and paid search best practices, industry trends, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor’s degree or higher – Business and Marketing, preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience with Marketing SEO and Paid Services.
- Understand key e-commerce events and seasonal trends that could impact the overall digital marketing industry.
- Proficient with Search reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel/Data handling capabilities and strong proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of both local (within their country/region) and global search engine trends.
- Self-directed with a passion to continue to learn and grow, embracing the continuous improvement approach (define-measure-analyze-improve-control)
- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
- Very strong teamwork orientation.
