We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our client's dynamic team!
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging content across various social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute content strategies that align with our client's brand identity and objectives.
This is a hybrid role in which candidates must be commutable to Minneapolis.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with social strategists to produce and publish planned and reactive socially native content across current (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and emerging social media platforms.
- Shoot and produce video and photo content with a strong understanding of trending and successful storytelling specific to social platforms.
- Partner with various teams to develop and execute quick, reactive content.
- Manage the workflow and schedule of story assignments.
- Bring an innovative approach to all work and prioritize continuous learning to keep content fresh, engaging, and future-focused.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- College degree required.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience and effectiveness in short-form video for TikTok/IG Reels and mobile-first production social content.
- Ideally experience in Food & Beverage, Beauty, Fashion, and Home categories.
- Submit a portfolio of concepted and produced visual content for social.
- Strong interest in social media, pop culture, and retail.
- Strong creative eye for content native to each social platform.
- Deep knowledge of digital and social media platforms, staying well-informed of platform updates.
